This Old Man Emu Nitrocharger kit is for the 2012-2020 D-Max Double Cab without a front bar. Three rear-load options let you match the kit to your work or touring setup, instead of asking one spring specification to suit every vehicle.

The springs support your vehicle and the equipment you carry. The shocks control that movement, helping the vehicle settle after a bump instead of continuing to bounce. Nitrocharger damping is developed for the vehicle and its intended load, with matched springs and shocks working together.
With the right springs for your regular load, the shocks can keep your vehicle more settled over rough roads. You get a more comfortable drive as well as the extra ground clearance.
The selector offers 0-300KG, 300-600KG and 600KG+ rear-load versions. Base your choice on the weight your D-Max normally carries, including fitted accessories, rather than the heaviest load you might carry once. These are suspension selection categories, not new legal payload allowances. This kit is for a vehicle without a front bar; bar-equipped builds need a different front spring specification.
Have the kit installed and aligned with your normal equipment load taken into account. The 30 mm lift is approximate; actual ride height depends on the vehicle, accessories and load. Check brake-line, driveline and tyre clearances as part of the installation, then follow the fitting instructions for fastener checks and ongoing care.

No. This is a suspension kit, not a GVM or axle-rating upgrade. Your vehicle, axle and tyre limits still apply.
The result depends on matching the spring specification to your usual load. Heavy constant-load springs can feel firm when the equipment they are designed to support is removed.
The approximate lift is 30 mm. Actual ride height depends on the starting suspension height, equipment and load, so have it set up and aligned with your normal equipment on board.
