This Almont fuel tank skid plate for the Isuzu D-Max RG01 4x4, 1.9, 2.5 and 3.0 from 2021, hangs 11.8 kg of certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin in 6 mm SportDuty grade under the tank, so a dragged crest or a thrown stone bruises the plate rather than holing the one component that stops the job on the spot.
Fuel stops the trip in a way panel damage never does, and the tank cannot be dressed or hammered back like a sill. Almont mounts the plate to the RG01's original chassis holes with steel brackets and pre-installed bolts, and the mounts are designed to absorb impacts and vibration. Pair it with the RG01 front skid plate and gearbox and transfer plate for cover along the whole underside.
