Make room for your bumper and winch upgrades
The ADD high-mount intercooler kit combines a TIG-welded intercooler with a welded steel mounting beam, creating the layout needed by compatible ADD bumper and winch installations. It moves the intercooler up out of the way so you can fit your chosen compatible bumper and winch equipment.

Choose the BOV layout for your bumper
The kit uses an 18-core intercooler assembly. Choose Clocked, IC1650KIT-S, for the rotated BOV layout used with ADD PRO and frame-cut bumper installations; choose Normal, IC1650KIT, for the normal BOV layout. The orientation must match your exact bumper and winch arrangement. Raptor R is excluded.
Frame-cut bumpers require the Clocked option, IC1650KIT-S. The intercooler delivers 8.5% more flow than the nearest competitor. Fitting includes grille and plastic clearance work. Use the guide for your model year and the Normal or Clocked option you choose.

- Trim the transmission-cooler plastic lip for 2017-2020 Raptor models with the Normal option.
- Cut the grille middle post for 2017-2020 Raptor models with the Normal option.
- Cut the grille lower lip for 2017-2020 Raptor models with the Normal option.
- Trim the grille backing-plate mounting tab for 2017-2020 Raptor models with the Normal option.
Clocked 2017-2020 Raptor
- Trim the OEM recirculation valve for 2017-2020 Raptor models with the Clocked option.

No. The kit includes ACC bracketry for the listed 2015-2020 F-150 and 2017-2020 Raptor applications. The listed 2021+ F-150/Raptor applications require their separate model-specific ACC bracket.
