MST Performance's inlet pipe replaces the restrictive factory inlet on BMW's single-turbo N55 with a direct high-flow version, and this V1 listing covers a wide sweep of F-chassis metal: 1 Series F20/F21, 2 Series F22/F23/F87, 3 Series F30/F31/F80 and 4 Series F32/F33/F82/F83 with the 3.0T N55 (2012-2016), plus the M2 F87 (2016-2017). The inlet is a classic first restriction to address on an N55 build, and this one swaps straight in for the factory part - no adapting, no universal-hose bodging.
The N55 pulls every bit of its character through the inlet tract, and the factory pipe is the restrictive link in that chain. This MST replacement follows the same route with a higher-flowing design, so the swap stays simple while the plumbing stops being the compromise.
