Which Elantra Kit Is Yours
MST splits its Elantra intakes by year and engine because the underbonnet layouts differ. This version is for the 1.6 from 2014 on; if your car is a 2010-2016 Elantra 1.6 or 1.8 of the earlier generation, the earlier Elantra kit is the correct order.
Fitment And Setup Checks
Confirm your Elantra is the 1.6 from 2014 on — the earlier 2010-2016 generation uses a different kit
Check the part number against your engine before ordering; overlap years mean the registration alone may not settle it
Fitting instructions are included; use a professional fitter if unsure
2014-2016 build years appear in both Elantra kit ranges, so the engine and exact model decide. Send us your registration and we will confirm the right version before you order.
Will it change how the car sounds?
You will hear more induction under acceleration — a sportier intake note rather than an intrusive drone at cruise.
Is the filter reusable?
Yes: wash the dry nanofiber element around every 20,000 km and replace it at around 60,000 km.
