Designed for high-performance road and motorsport use, HEL Premium Braided AYC Lines are a robust, modern replacement for the ageing factory AYC pipework fitted to the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X.
Original AYC lines are increasingly prone to failure, most commonly caused by corrosion from British salted roads and, just as importantly, age-related deterioration. These failures often place unnecessary strain on the AYC pump, leading to costly repairs. HEL’s braided upgrade helps eliminate these weak points, improving long-term reliability and protecting vital AYC components.
Each line features a high-performance PTFE inner core, reinforced with a stainless steel braided outer layer and finished with precision-machined aluminium fittings and stainless-steel male adapters. This advanced construction offers excellent resistance to extreme pressure, heat and corrosion, ensuring consistent and dependable AYC operation even under demanding driving conditions.
Unlike bulky aftermarket alternatives with oversized adapters, these premium AYC lines use a slimline, easy-to-install design, making fitment far simpler in tight under-body spaces while maintaining full strength and performance.
