Choose the headers and connections together for a complete long tube conversion on your sixth-generation Camaro. These Kooks kits cover the SS 6.2 LT1 from 2016-2024 and ZL1 6.2 LT4 from 2017-2024, with primary and catalyst combinations to suit naturally aspirated and supercharged builds. The OEM rear connection lets you retain the compatible factory mufflers.

Choose for your SS or ZL1 build
The straight 1-7/8" and 2" primary options use 3" collectors. GREEN and H.O. GREEN catalysts are suitable for naturally aspirated or forced-induction applications within their ratings. H.O. GREEN uses a larger 4-1/2" body with 300 CPSI substrate, giving higher-output builds a different catalyst specification from the 4"-body, 400 CPSI GREEN version.
A clear choice with Street/Strip
Street/Strip includes the 2" primary headers and H.O. GREEN catted connections, plus separate competition-only front pipes. Both pipe sets are supplied. The additional track pipes are not for public-road use, and this package requires the Kooks competition-use waiver.
Keep the rear exhaust, with a fitted connection
These kits finish at a 2-3/4" OEM rear connection. The factory exhaust must be cut to install the supplied connections. We recommend professional fitting so the cut, pipe alignment, clamps and sensor wiring are dealt with together, followed by a clearance and leak check.
Calibration for the completed exhaust
Plan the tune around the final header and catalyst combination. Your engine upgrades and rear mufflers affect the result, so choose the full specification before arranging the calibration. Check the exhaust fasteners after the first heat cycle.

Frequently asked questions
Will I have to cut the factory exhaust?
Yes. The supplied OEM connection pipes require a cut in the original exhaust. Have the installer fit and align the complete system before completing the connection.
Does this fit a 2016 ZL1?
The ZL1 application begins in 2017. The 2016 start year applies to the SS LT1.
Is Street/Strip just the competition-only version?
No. It supplies H.O. GREEN catted connections and a separate set of competition-only pipes with the headers.
Can I retain the factory mufflers?
Yes, using the compatible 2-3/4" OEM rear connection and the required fitting work.
