These Kooks kits bring the headers and catted X-pipe together for your LT1-powered C7. Choose conventional 1-7/8" primaries or a stepped 1-7/8" to 2" design, with both kits connecting to the 2-3/4" OEM-style rear exhaust. They are Performance-catalyst packages for naturally aspirated builds.

Two header designs, one rear connection
2170H420 uses 1-7/8" primaries. 2170H520 steps from 1-7/8" to 2". Both use 3" collectors and a supplied catted X-pipe with the 2-3/4" OEM rear outlet. Choose the header design as part of your complete engine setup; a stepped tube is a design choice rather than a guaranteed horsepower figure.
The mid-pipe clamp studs may need trimming to clear the belly pan. Your installer should check this before refitting the pan.
Choose the cats for your naturally aspirated LT1
The Performance cats are for a naturally aspirated LT1. If you are planning forced induction, choose an appropriate GREEN or H.O. GREEN package for that engine setup.
