A proper header upgrade starts with the right fit for your HEMI. These Kooks packages combine stainless long tube headers and front connection pipes for the D-port 6.1 SRT8 and 6.4 392 applications. With options for catalyst type and primary size, you can choose the package that suits your engine while retaining a compatible OEM rear exhaust.

Headers and connections in one purchase
The 3" collectors feed connection pipes with a 2-3/4" OEM rear outlet. The connections include provision for the exhaust pressure sensor and a block-off plug, giving the installer the appropriate interface for the application.
Choose the catalyst for the engine
Performance Cats are for naturally aspirated engines. GREEN and H.O. GREEN support naturally aspirated or forced-induction applications within their ratings. The H.O. version uses a 4-1/2" catalyst body and 300 CPSI substrate; GREEN uses a 4" body and 400 CPSI substrate. The Competition Only option supplies catalyst-free front connections for a dedicated competition installation.
Check the model and cylinder-head ports
This range covers the listed 6.1 and 6.4 applications: Charger from 2006-2023, Challenger from 2008-2023 and Magnum SRT8 from 2006-2008. Chrysler 300 applications include 6.1 SRT8 from 2006-2010, 6.4 SRT8 from 2012-2014 and the 2023 300C 6.4. Match the actual engine and trim within those ranges. These are D-port headers, not headers for the square-port 2005-2008 5.7 HEMI.
Fit the system with care
Professional fitting and calibration are recommended for the long tube conversion. The installation includes dipstick routing and clearance checks around the engine and brake lines. Check fasteners after the first heat cycle.
