This Stage 2 bundle combines the 1150-250 Big Bore HPFP with Stage 1 injectors for the 2.7 EcoBoost Edge ST. The pump adds 46% more flow than stock, while the Stage 1 injectors add 41% over the standard 2.7 injectors. It is a matched step up in direct-injection capacity for a build that needs more than the factory hardware can deliver.

The pump increases high-pressure supply and the injectors increase the amount that can be delivered directly into the cylinders. The Stage 1 injector design retains an OEM-equivalent spray pattern and works through the factory direct-injection layout. You do not need a secondary injection controller simply to operate the supplied direct-injection components.
The 41% injector figure is the increase over the 2.7 EcoBoost stock injectors. The flow increase is not a horsepower increase. Turbo airflow, engine limits, low-pressure supply and calibration determine how much of the extra capacity your Edge can use.
For the 2019+ Ford Edge ST 2.7 EcoBoost application. The hardware requires a matching calibration; HP Tuners is the supported tuning route for the Big Bore pump. Arrange the tuning alongside installation, with the fuel blend and limits set for the actual pump and injector combination. Calibration and software licensing are separate.

No. This Stage 2 bundle is listed with the 1150-250 Big Bore pump and Stage 1 injectors. Bundle stages and injector stages describe different things.
That comparison is against the stock 2.7 EcoBoost injector. The same Stage 1 injector is compared with a different stock injector on the 3.0 engine.
