The OME 4009 front coils form part of the matched Ranger Mk7 suspension upgrade, with approximately 45mm lift in the corresponding application. Choosing the spring and damper together gives your vehicle the support and movement control it needs for the equipment you carry.

This application uses the corresponding Nitrocharger Plus struts, including the 93038 front strut. The matched strut application is not compatible with the original-equipment coils. Fit the correct spring seats and mounting components as specified, then check clearances and alignment.
Micro-alloyed spring steel, controlled forming and a durable black powder-coated finish give the coils a consistent shape and corrosion-resistant surface. The coils are double scragged to reduce residual stress, shot peened and formed on computer-controlled mandrels for consistency. They are designed and manufactured in Australia.
The 4009 specification is 106N/mm spring rate, 17mm bar diameter and 385 / 385mm A/B free height. Free height is measured before installation; it is not the amount the vehicle will be raised.
Use the actual weight of permanent front accessories to select the full OME combination. A taller or higher-load spring is not automatically the right choice for a lightly equipped Ranger.
Have the finished suspension checked for correct seating, travel, clearance and alignment. The vehicle's legal gross weight and axle limits remain unchanged by a spring replacement.
