Leaf-spring fitting hardware needs to suit the assembly it clamps. The OME OMEU91 provides the specified U-bolt profile and length for its matched axle and spring arrangement.

The OMEU91 has a square profile, 185 mm leg length and 80 mm leg-centre spacing, with M14 x 1.5 threads and a 50 mm threaded length. Those dimensions matter because the axle shape and spring-pack height decide which U-bolt fits. The current OME application specifies it with PB011R / PB012R parabolic leaf springs.
The black powder-coated U-bolt is supplied with grade 8 washers and deep nuts. Fit the required U-bolts using the specified tightening procedure for your suspension installation.
