This Old Man Emu Nitrocharger kit is configured for a 2019-2022 Ranger Double Cab with a front bar and winch, plus a medium rear load. The spring and damper combination supports that front-end weight and controls the suspension, rather than treating the added equipment as an afterthought.

The springs support your vehicle and the equipment you carry. The shocks control that movement, helping the vehicle settle after a bump instead of continuing to bounce. Nitrocharger damping is developed for the vehicle and its intended load, with matched springs and shocks working together.
With the right springs for your regular load, the shocks can keep your vehicle more settled over rough roads. You get a more comfortable drive as well as the extra ground clearance.
This version matches a front bar and winch with a medium rear-load spring package. Include permanently fitted storage and normal cargo when planning the rear setup. The front and rear requirements are separate: a heavy winch does not mean you need the heaviest rear springs.
The package includes two front Nitrocharger Sport dampers and coils, two rear Nitrocharger Sport dampers and leaf springs, a driveline kit, greasable fixed-end pin and shackle kits, plus four U-bolts with washers and nuts.
Have the kit installed and aligned with your normal equipment load taken into account. The 45 mm front / 40 mm rear lift is approximate; actual ride height depends on the vehicle, accessories and load. Check brake-line, driveline and tyre clearances as part of the installation, then follow the fitting instructions for fastener checks and ongoing care.

The result depends on matching the spring specification to your usual load. Heavy constant-load springs can feel firm when the equipment they are designed to support is removed.
The approximate lift is 45 mm front / 40 mm rear. Actual ride height depends on the starting suspension height, equipment and load, so have it set up and aligned with your normal equipment on board.
