On the 2019-22 truck it sits low behind the cab, in reach of dragged ruts, sharp stone and whatever a site hides in the mud. This Almont fuel tank skid plate for the Ford Ranger T6PX3 TDCi 2019-22 puts 15 kg of 6 mm EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin over it, so the tank rides behind SportDuty plate instead of taking its chances bare. It is the difference between checking for dents and checking for drips.
Shaped for the standard tank on 2019-22 PX3 trucks; Almont's tank plates cannot be fitted once a larger replacement tank is in, so long-range conversions should check with us first. Earlier PX1 and PX2 Rangers use their own tank plates. Raised suspension is fine; body lifts are not. Run it with the PX3 front plate and finish at the axle with the rear differential plate.
