This ARB kitchen and Outback drawer package gives your Mk5-7 Ranger a stainless bench, three-burner hob and collapsible sink in one fitted arrangement. Your cooking essentials stay organised in the load bay, ready for a lunch stop or an evening at camp.

The 1250 × 485 mm stainless bench gives you space to prepare ingredients beside the cooker, with a 30 kg evenly distributed load limit. The Thetford hob has two 1.75 kW burners and a 2.5 kW rapid burner: boil water while another pan is cooking, or prepare more than one part of a meal together. Its glass lid becomes a splashback when open. Flame-out protection cuts the gas if a flame goes out, and closing the lid also shuts off the supply.
The utensil drawer gives cutlery and small cooking essentials a place to stay between stops. The 12 L collapsible sink, drying base and utensil holder make washing up part of the same cooking space. The kitchen locks in its extended position, with anti-rollback drawer features and anti-rattle construction for touring. Deployment takes around 15 seconds, before connecting the gas and preparing to cook. There are no support legs to position underneath, leaving the space around the kitchen clear.
This is the 2012-2022 Mk5-7 Double Cab package without an additional roller floor. The kitchen itself still slides out. It includes the kitchen, Outback drawer system, three-burner stove and collapsible sink; food, cookware, a fridge and the LPG cylinder are separate. The 2023+ Mk8 Ranger needs its own package.
Professional fitting is recommended. Installation includes drilling for the kitchen mountings, with enough space behind the tailgate for full extension. Use the LPG hose and regulator that match the supplied hob and cylinder, and cook outdoors with the extension locks engaged.
After the meal, let the cooker cool, disconnect the gas supply and secure the hob and sink shelf before sliding the kitchen away. You can leave the main cooking equipment organised in its own fitted space, rather than repacking a collection of loose items. Wipe the stainless surfaces with a soft cloth and a suitable non-abrasive cleaner, particularly after salt exposure. Check the fixings and latches before a trip and during the annual inspection.
For regular touring, the appeal is having the bench, cooker, sink and storage ready together at each stop. You trade some load-bay space and payload for that repeated convenience. A portable stove and table remain a simpler choice for occasional use. Allow room behind the tailgate for the extended kitchen and keep the total carried load within the vehicle's limits.

The included sink is a 12 L collapsible bowl. This package does not supply an onboard water tank or pump.

This package has no additional sliding cargo top. The kitchen still slides out normally. It is the Mk5-7 Double Cab kit for 2012-2022, separate from the newer Mk8 Ranger package.
No. The 1355 × 500 × 310 mm dimensions are for the kitchen housing. The complete drawer package and mounting must be matched to the vehicle’s load bay.

Yes. The kitchen and drawers are a fitted installation, using cargo space and some payload. In return, the cooking equipment stays organised and accessible at each stop. It suits regular touring best, when that convenience is worth dedicating the space to it.
Yes. The hob box can be unbolted and rotated during installation to suit access from the other side. Have its locks, clearances and gas connection checked in the chosen position.
For the ready-to-use cooking space around the stove: a substantial preparation bench, a sink, storage and a fitted home for the equipment. You still connect the gas and prepare the cooker at each stop, but there is less separate furniture and loose equipment to set out.
