Your Raptor is made for the rough sections. This Almont HeavyDuty guard adds 8 mm duralumin protection beneath the rear differential, helping you enjoy that capability with a substantial barrier between rough ground and the casing.
The guard weighs 4.1 kg and is offered for the 2019-2022 2.0 Bi-Turbo, 2023+ 3.0 V6 and 2023+ 2.0 four-cylinder TdCi applications. All three selectable variants carry the exact SKU PDFRDIF8Raptor, so use the Vehicle option to identify your truck.

Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin gives you substantial, high-strength protection with less material weight than steel of the same size and thickness. A scrape will not start red rust in the alloy plate, making it a worthwhile addition to a vehicle you want to keep and use. Wash off mud and road salt to look after the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware.

Designed for the original chassis, axle, suspension-link, transmission and stabiliser mounting arrangements. Raised suspension is compatible where those original supports are retained. Body lifts, differential-drop kits and altered mounting supports are incompatible.
The Ranger Raptor rear shock guards add protection around the original FOX shocks and sensors. They also require TIG spot welding for fitting. The linked 2019-2022 gearbox and transfer guard is specifically for that earlier 2.0 Bi-Turbo application. You will also need the matching front guard to fit the gearbox and transfer guard, as the two share their mounts.
Wash off mud and road salt after use. Almont recommends pressure washing at least annually, or two or three times a year for regular muddy or salty use, and checking bolt tightness annually. Follow the fitting instructions when refitting a guard after maintenance.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
