The best reason to tune a Raptor is the drive you want from it: the way it responds, delivers its torque and suits your everyday use. We work with Lukos Engineering on a custom engine calibration for your 2022+ Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 EcoBoost petrol.
Choose Remote if you want the reading, flashing and revisions handled from your location, or Dyno for the workshop route at St Neots. Start with the fuel and modifications actually on the truck so the work is built around your Raptor.

Remote suits you if you are comfortable following the supplied device process and providing the requested vehicle feedback or data. We would choose Dyno if you want the engineers working with the truck at the facility. For £200 more, Dyno brings the Raptor and engineers together at St Neots, with dyno measurement during calibration.
Lukos Engineering develops the calibration around your original ECU file, hardware, fuel, vehicle condition and relevant feedback or data. Your priorities belong in that work: everyday response, loaded touring or the next step in a performance build.
Our advertised potential is up to 450 BHP and 700 Nm on suitable vehicles. The result depends on fuel, hardware, condition, temperature and measurement method. We discuss the target for your Raptor with Lukos Engineering instead of treating that headline as a promise for every truck.
We establish software support and the vehicle’s current setup, then send the device for the ECU read and flash process. Your original file is saved before the custom calibration is prepared.
Follow the supplied instructions to read and load the file and provide the requested feedback or logs. Data collection follows the tuner’s instructions in a suitable safe and lawful setting. You keep the supplied device, and the displayed price includes its licence and delivery. The Remote package includes up to four tune revisions within the first 30 days to refine the calibration from your feedback and logs.
The saved original file can be reloaded through the Remote process with guidance. Returning to it does not erase tuning history or guarantee vehicle warranty cover.
We tune standard and modified vehicles, subject to condition and software support. A misfire, warning light or other running fault needs attention before calibration. Servicing, ignition, filtration and cooling should be ready for the work.
Give us the full modification list, including exact turbo, pump and injector references where fitted. Diagnosis, repairs, extra hardware and transmission tuning are separate from this engine ECU service.
Use the fuel specified for the completed tune. If a trip will make that grade or blend difficult to find, discuss the alternative with the tuner before changing fuel.
We also review your logs at 3, 6 and 12 months to check how the Raptor is running. Later turbo, injector, pump or other relevant hardware changes may require additional calibration outside the original package. Vehicle software updates can also require further work. Discuss the modification with your insurer and warranty provider before starting.
