Steel protection, a tougher look and room for a winch.
A Summit MkII gives the Raptor a purposeful touring front end before you add a single accessory. Shaped steel wings, a matt-black finish and a dedicated mounting system bring protection and a finished appearance together.
ARB 3440660 also gives you the provision to build around a winch, driving lights and communications equipment. The bar package includes its integrated lighting and mounts; the optional equipment and installation are separate choices.

The zinc-coated steel bar uses 60.3 mm outer and centre tubes, 2.6 mm tube walls and 3 mm wings and pans. The pressed top pan, 30 mm wing/centre radius, underpanels and aluminium winch cover carry the design across the front of the truck.
Integrated fog, daytime-running, indicator and clearance-light functions are part of the bar. Extra driving lamps are separate, leaving you free to choose the beam for your journeys. Two CB aerial brackets give the radio installation a proper place too.
If a winch is on your list, fit it with the bar. ARB recommends that approach on this Raptor application; adding one later can repeat labour.
The bar accepts compatible low-mount Warn, Magnum, Bushranger and Smittybilt winches up to 10,000 lb. Match the exact model as well as its rating. The optional winch installation kit is 3540240. The winch and its required installation kit are separate from the bar price.
The £2,650 price covers the bar, chassis mounts and fitting kit, underpanels, aluminium winch cover, integrated lighting and two aerial brackets. The two ARB Jack / Hi-Lift Jack points are built into the bar.
Extra driving lamps, a winch, aerials, radio equipment, accessory wiring and installation are separate. The jack points are for jacking; use appropriate recovery attachments for recovery pulls.
This is a bumper-cut installation. The ARB guide transfers the camera and washer nozzle to dedicated brackets and relocates the front parking sensors. That is practical integration work for the installer alongside cutting, finishing, wiring and bar alignment.
Professional fitting should include functional checks and any calibration required for the vehicle. The bar is airbag compatible and ADR compliant for the specified ARB application; the finished installation still needs to meet the requirements where the truck is used.
The bar, mounts and fitting kit weigh 79 kg and replace 17 kg of original equipment: approximately 62 kg net added weight before a winch or other accessories. That is a component-weight calculation, not a measured front-axle increase.
The bar adds 165 mm to vehicle length. Allow for garage and parking clearance, and include the full front-end equipment in the vehicle and axle-load plan. The bar does not raise the truck’s permitted load limits.

No. ARB 3440660 is the Summit MkII for the 2022-on next-generation Ranger Raptor. Standard Rangers and earlier Raptors need their own specified bar.
