Airing back up should be a natural part of finishing the trail. This ARB twin-compressor installation keeps the air source on the Raptor, with a vehicle-specific mount in the right rear of the tub instead of a portable compressor taking up cargo space.
It is a useful upgrade for a truck that regularly moves between road and off-road pressures: the equipment travels with the vehicle, ready to connect when the tyres need reinflating.

The value is convenience as well as output. You avoid unpacking a separate compressor and finding a temporary position for it each time, while retaining more of the tub for camping gear and the rest of the trip.
ARB’s brushed twin-compressor system is rated for 100% duty at 90 psi under its specified conditions. Airflow is 174.4 L/min at zero pressure and 131.8 L/min at 200 kPa. Airflow falls as pressure rises; 200 kPa is a test point, not the maximum operating pressure.
All the equipment in our kit photograph is included. The bracket keeps the compressor at the right rear of the tub, with a remote outlet for connecting your tyre-inflation equipment.
Check that the outlet and controls will remain accessible alongside your drawers, lining or canopy. That easy access is what makes permanently mounted air useful every time you leave the trail.
A permanent 12 V installation needs appropriate wiring, circuit protection and secure air-line routing. The right-rear tub position must work with any drawers, lining, canopy or other equipment already fitted.
We would plan a reachable outlet and room to service the compressor filters, rather than burying the installation behind storage. Your installer should test the complete air circuit and confirm the pressure-control operation before handover.
Set road and off-road pressures for your tyre, vehicle load and terrain, then reinflate appropriately before road travel. Larger tyres and a bigger pressure change take longer to inflate, so allow time for all four before setting off.
Check the air filter and connections as part of upkeep. Suitable air tools may need additional storage capacity and matching air demand; a twin compressor does not make every pneumatic tool a plug-in accessory.

Suitable air tools can run from a system with the required pressure, airflow and additional tank capacity. Match the air system to the tool’s demand.
Tyre size and the pressure change determine the time. The twin compressor delivers 131.8 L/min at 200 kPa and is permanently mounted, ready for airing back up without unpacking a portable unit.
