The rear differential is the lowest hard point on the back axle, and it follows every rut you drop into - which is why diff housings collect the dents, gouges and cracked covers that end diffs. This Almont rear differential skid plate covers the Ford Ranger Raptor 2.0 Bi-Turbo 2019-2022, V6 3.0 2023+ and 4IL 2.0 TdCi 2023+ with a single 8 mm EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin plate, so the housing slides over rock and hard ground instead of taking the impact bare.
One part number covers all three Raptor generations, so the vehicle choice at checkout does not change the plate. Almont attaches some of its rear differential plates with a bracket that takes TIG weld spots on the diff housing rather than a plain bolt-on fit - confirm the fitting method for this part with us before booking installation, and plan a professional fitter if welding is involved. Pairs naturally with the gearbox and transfer plate ahead of it and the rear shock plates either side.
