Drawers, a canopy or other regular rear equipment can change how your Raptor sits. The OME 3183 rear coil pair is chosen for 200kg of constant additional rear load on the 2018-2021 Ranger Raptor, helping you build the suspension around the vehicle you actually use.

Constant load means additional weight that remains on the rear of the vehicle in normal use, rather than the full factory payload or an occasional passenger. At the listed 200kg additional load, the matched application gives approximately 25mm of rear lift.
As more weight is added, the installed height changes. The application returns towards original ride height with a further 200kg of additional load; that describes spring behaviour, not an increase in the Raptor's legal load limits.
The 3183 application is specified for use only with the original-equipment dampers. That makes it a particular rear spring option for the existing Raptor suspension, rather than permission to combine it with any aftermarket shock.
The 3183 pair is for the 2018-2021 Raptor. The later 3.0 V6 model needs its own spring application.
The coils use 15.75mm bar, a 38N/mm rate and 480mm free height, with 9.49 turns. The pair lets you replace both rear springs in the corresponding application.
Have the springs fitted with the correct seating and clearance checks, then check the vehicle alignment and ride height with the normal equipment fitted.
