This Almont front skid plate for the Ford Ranger PX4 T8, covering both the V6 3.0 and the 2.0 TDCi from 2023, is 14.5 kg of certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin in 8 mm HeavyDuty grade. One part number for both engines, laser-cut in Spain and bolted to Ford's original chassis holes, so the first hit of every route lands on plate.
Whatever the route hides, the nose finds it first, and dressing a gouged plate costs nothing while a nose-gear repair costs a booking. Almont ships steel mounting brackets and pre-installed bolts, with mounts designed to absorb impacts and vibration, and a winch can go on before or after the plate.
