The hybrid Stormtrak carries its fuel tank and fuel canister low in the chassis, right in the path of dragged crests, thrown stone and site debris. This Almont skid plate for the Ford Ranger PX4 Hybrid Stormtrak 2025 on covers both with 15 kg of certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin in 6 mm SportDuty grade, cut to the hybrid floorpan and bolted to Ford's original chassis holes. Fuel hardware is the one system that turns a scrape into a stranding; this keeps the scrape on the plate.
Almont shapes one plate around both the tank and the canister beside it, so there is no unprotected seam between them. Steel mounting brackets, pre-installed bolts and impact-absorbing mounts are in the box, and care is a yearly pressure wash with a bolt check. It closes the run that starts with the Stormtrak front skid plate and continues through the gearbox and transfer plate.
