This Old Man Emu Nitrocharger kit suits a Ranger carrying a 0-300 kg rear load. Its matched springs and dampers give you a planned suspension upgrade for lighter work or touring setups, without defaulting to the stiffest spring option just because you occasionally load the tub.

The springs support your vehicle and the equipment you carry. The shocks control that movement, helping the vehicle settle after a bump instead of continuing to bounce. Nitrocharger damping is developed for the vehicle and its intended load, with matched springs and shocks working together.
With the right springs for your regular load, the shocks can keep your vehicle more settled over rough roads. You get a more comfortable drive as well as the extra ground clearance.
The 0-300 kg rear-load specification is for a lighter equipment or cargo setup. Include the weight of permanent accessories as well as the load you usually carry. If your vehicle carries a heavier rear load all the time, use a kit chosen for that weight; buying the stiffest springs by default can cost you comfort when lightly loaded.
The package includes front coils, two front and two rear dampers, two rear leaf springs, a greasable shackle kit, two bush kits, four U-bolts, a driveline spacer kit and a bump-stop adapter kit.
Have the kit installed and aligned with your normal equipment load taken into account. The 40 mm lift is approximate; actual ride height depends on the vehicle, accessories and load. Check brake-line, driveline and tyre clearances as part of the installation, then follow the fitting instructions for fastener checks and ongoing care.

No. This is a suspension kit, not a GVM or axle-rating upgrade. Your vehicle, axle and tyre limits still apply.
The result depends on matching the spring specification to your usual load. Heavy constant-load springs can feel firm when the equipment they are designed to support is removed.
The approximate lift is 40 mm. Actual ride height depends on the starting suspension height, equipment and load, so have it set up and aligned with your normal equipment on board.
