Better ride comfort with heavy equipment on board.
This BP-51 kit is for a 2023+ Ranger Mk8 Double Cab carrying 600 kg or more of constant additional rear load. It combines springs suited to that weight with adjustable shocks and a 40 mm lift. If your Ranger carries heavy equipment every day, the right spring rate and damping can make it more comfortable to drive and better controlled over rough ground.

BP-51 allows the suspension to move more freely around its normal ride height, helping soften smaller bumps. As it approaches full compression or extension, the damping increases to slow the movement. Internal bypass passages control the oil flow, allowing the shocks to provide a comfortable response to smaller bumps while controlling larger suspension movements.
This version is designed for 600 kg+ of constant additional rear load. Include equipment and cargo normally carried at the rear, such as a canopy, drawers, tools or camping gear. The weight of occasional luggage alone is not a reason to choose heavier springs. Springs that are too stiff for your usual load can make the ride less comfortable.
Compression adjustment changes how strongly the shock resists being compressed by a bump. Rebound adjustment changes how it controls the suspension as it extends again. You can adjust the two separately with the shocks fitted. Start with the settings supplied for your vehicle, then make small changes to suit the ride you prefer. The adjusters are on the shocks themselves.

Professional fitting and wheel alignment are recommended. Set the spring preload and damping for the vehicle configuration, then check clearances and the final ride height with the normal load aboard. The quoted lift is a kit specification; the final height depends on the vehicle and its equipment. This kit does not itself increase the vehicle's permitted payload or axle limits.

Yes. Compression and rebound can be adjusted independently with the shocks installed. You access the adjusters at the shocks; this is not electronic in-cab adjustment.
No. A suspension lift and load-matched springs do not, by themselves, change the vehicle's permitted payload or axle limits.
