Make the front exhaust part of the plan for your first-generation Lightning. These Kooks 304 stainless steel long tube headers use 1-3/4" primaries and 3" outlets for the 1993-1995 5.8-litre truck, giving your V8 a dedicated aftermarket header arrangement.

Made for the first-generation truck
The application is the original 5.8-litre Lightning. The later supercharged 5.4-litre model uses a different header family, so the engine and generation matter as much as the Lightning name.

These long tube headers need a compatible downstream exhaust arrangement. They do not join the factory exhaust directly. We can help you plan the pipework around your existing system and engine modifications.
