Give your V6 a voice that makes the drive feel like an occasion.

The Raptor has the presence. A Manta exhaust adds the sound and rear-end detail to make it feel more your own, with twin 3-inch pipework and factory exhaust-mode control on the cat-back and complete turbo-back kits.

For a daily driver, we would start with the cat-back: Manta rear exhaust character and black tips while keeping the original front exhaust. The complete turbo-back adds the equal-length front section for the full Manta arrangement; the catted front kit lets you keep the standard rear system.

Choose your Manta system

Option SKU Price What you get Why choose it
Cat-back SSMKFD0322 £2,250 Rear system, bi-modal muffler and two black tips. Keeps existing downpipes/catalysts. Our daily-driver starting point for sound and appearance.
Complete turbo-back SSMKFD0321 £4,250 Catted downpipes, equal-length front section and complete rear system with two black tips. Full Manta front-to-rear arrangement.
Catted front kit SSMKFD0323 £2,250 Catted downpipes, front pipes including equal-length section, standard-rear connectors. Upgrade the front while keeping the standard rear exhaust.
Non-catted downpipes SSMBE780 £2,250 Downpipe component only; no catalysts, rear muffler or tips. Dedicated race/track use only; connecting parts matched to the build.

The complete turbo-back is £2,000 above the cat-back at these prices. That adds the catted downpipes and equal-length front section as well as the rear system. SSMBE780 is for race/track use only and is not suitable for public-road use, including driving to a trail.

Hear the full turbo-back

Hear Manta’s complete turbo-back system as the V6 climbs through the revs. The recording is of the full system with its equal-length front section; the cat-back retains your existing front exhaust and has its own character.

Play Manta’s Ranger Raptor full turbo-back recording

The cat-back and full system retain factory mode selection, giving you a choice of exhaust character for different journeys. For the sound you live with every day, the complete exhaust matters: the cat-back keeps your original front section, while the full turbo-back changes both ends of the system.

The equal-length front section and finishing detail

The right-hand SSMBE777 trombone pipe adds length to balance the path taken by pulses from the two cylinder banks. It is included in the full turbo-back and catted downpipe kits. On the complete turbo-back system, the equal-length layout gives the V6 a smoother, deeper exhaust note. The cat-back keeps your original front section.

The three SSMKFD kits use Australian-made 409-grade stainless pipework with mandrel bends that maintain the pipe section through the curves. On the cat-back and full turbo-back, the two black tips each have a 3-inch inlet, 4-inch outlet, 150 mm length and rolled inner cone. They give the rear of the Raptor a visible finishing touch even when it is parked.

SSMBE780 non-catted component

This is the dual downpipe component without catalysts. It does not include a rear exhaust, bi-modal muffler assembly or tailpipe tips. It must be matched with the connecting parts required by your race or track build.

FE042NEXT90 is a threaded 90-degree O2 sensor nut extension, not an electrical extension lead.

Fitting your chosen combination

Professional fitting covers alignment, joints, leak checks, clearances and exhaust-mode operation. Labour and any calibration work are separate. A downpipe change needs the intended use and calibration assessed for the complete system; high-flow catalysts alone do not establish road approval.

SSMKFD0323 includes SSMBE782 connectors for the standard rear exhaust. Another brand’s rear system needs its connection matched separately. The loose SSMBE777 equal-length pipe connects to an existing Manta system; it does not include the catted kit’s standard-rear adapters.

Include a long-range tank or underbody protection in the fitting plan. If you are keeping another brand’s exhaust, its make and part number let us help identify the right connection.

Questions before you order

Frequently asked questions

Which one would you choose for a daily driver?

We would start with the SSMKFD0322 cat-back for Manta rear exhaust character, black tips and factory mode control while keeping the existing downpipes and catalysts. Choose the full turbo-back when you also want the equal-length front section.

Can I still use the factory exhaust modes?

Yes, with the cat-back and full turbo-back kits. The catted downpipe kit keeps your existing rear system and its controls; the downpipe options do not supply a new rear valve assembly.

Does the cat-back have the equal-length pipe?

No. SSMBE777 is included in SSMKFD0321 and SSMKFD0323. The catted kit also supplies the connectors for the standard rear exhaust.

Will it drone on the motorway?

The cat-back keeps the original downpipes and catalysts and retains factory exhaust-mode control, which is why we would start there for a daily driver. Cabin resonance varies with the complete system and driving conditions. The linked clip lets you hear the full turbo-back; it is not a cat-back cabin recording.

Will it add horsepower?

Any gain depends on the full engine, fuel and calibration. We do not attach a fixed power increase to the exhaust alone.

Can I use the non-catted downpipes on the road?

No. SSMBE780 is for race or track use only. It has no catalysts and is not a complete rear exhaust system.

Will the kits fit my 2022+ Raptor?

SSMKFD0321, SSMKFD0322 and SSMKFD0323 fit the 2022+ Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 EcoBoost petrol. Existing exhaust and underbody accessories still need to suit the installation.

What about my vehicle warranty?

The Manta product warranty is separate from vehicle cover. Discuss the planned exhaust change with your warranty provider and have the installer establish the exact system’s suitability for its intended use.
