Upgrade the cats and keep the exhaust you love
These Ultra-GREEN connections give your Z06 a front catalytic upgrade without making a new rear exhaust part of the purchase. They use flanged OEM-style connections, include heat blankets and fit the factory manifolds or matching Kooks headers. You get a dedicated catted upgrade with heat protection already in the kit.

A substantial catalyst upgrade
The connections use 3" stainless pipework and 5"-bodied Ultra-GREEN cats. The flanged inlet and outlet use the stock bolt pattern, with the outlet joining the OEM cat-back. The product also covers the listed later C8 Stingray and E-Ray applications; the fitment table retains the relevant vehicle and year detail.
Heat blankets and fitting parts included
The kit includes the catalyst heat blankets, gaskets and bolt kit. Fuel compatibility covers pump petrol, E85 and unleaded race fuels. That gives you useful information for planning the fuel and exhaust setup together, without assuming a different catalyst version has the same specification.
Matching products
For a 2024-2026 Stingray using these connections, the Stingray Super Street headers offer a matching header upgrade. That header link is specifically for the Stingray, rather than the Z06 or E-Ray.
