Keep your CTS-V's rear exhaust with a Kooks header upgrade
These front connections join the Kooks headers on your supercharged LT4 CTS-V to the OEM-style rear system. Choose GREEN cats or uncatted Competition Only pipes, with 3" front tubing and 2-3/4" rear outlets.

Choose the front catalyst arrangement
23123300 supplies GREEN-catted connections. 23123100 is the uncatted Competition Only choice. Both are for the 2016-2019 LT4 car.
Allow for the required exhaust cut
The stock exhaust must be cut to install either option. The connection assembly then joins the retained rear system through its OEM-size outlets. Professional fitting will help keep the cuts and alignment accurate.
