Choose a conventional or ULTRA X-pipe and the catalyst specification for your engine, then match the header joint before ordering.

A choice of crossover layouts
The conventional X-pipe joins the exhaust banks through a crossover; the ULTRA X-pipe uses a longer merge for a smoother, deeper V8 character. Your rear mufflers still play a major part in volume and cabin sound, so compare complete exhaust combinations when choosing.
Catalysts that suit the engine
GREEN-family catalysts support naturally aspirated or forced-induction applications within their respective capacities. Performance Cats are for naturally aspirated engines below 550 RWHP, so they are not the choice for a supercharged ZR1. Competition Only versions supply catalyst-free front connections for competition, off-road and track use.
Check the header connection revision
The conventional X-pipe versions on this page use the revised Torca swivel-seal connection. Those versions will not fit older Kooks headers with the two-bolt flange connection. Match the actual header joint before buying; the vehicle name and pipe diameter alone do not establish compatibility.
Keep the compatible 3" rear exhaust
These packages finish with the 3" Z06/ZR1 OEM rear connection and require Kooks long tube headers. Professional fitting is recommended, with the joint style, pipe alignment, heat clearance and rear connection checked together.

Frequently asked questions
Can I fit the conventional X-pipe to my older Kooks headers?
Only if the headers have the matching revised Torca swivel-seal connection. The conventional versions here do not fit the older two-bolt flange interface.
Does it connect to the original manifolds?
It requires matching Kooks long tube headers, not the OEM manifold and catalyst arrangement.
Can I use Performance Cats on a supercharged ZR1?
No. Performance Cats are for naturally aspirated builds. Choose a suitable GREEN-family catalyst for forced induction.
Will it join the factory Z06 or ZR1 rear exhaust?
The rear connection is the 3" OEM interface for the listed Z06/ZR1 applications. Match the header connection as well.
