Start your HEMI exhaust upgrade at the engine
These Kooks long tube headers give your new-body RAM 1500 DT a dedicated front exhaust upgrade for its 5.7-litre HEMI. The 1-7/8" primaries lead to 3" collectors, ready for the matching Kooks Y-pipe and the rear system you choose.

The DT-specific header route
35202400 is for the 2019+ new-body RAM. The older RAM Classic uses a different header arrangement, so choose by the body generation as well as the 5.7 HEMI engine.
Complete it with the right Y-pipe
Kooks Y-pipes provide the required connection after the headers. The selected Y-pipe can carry cab, bed and wheelbase conditions of its own; keep those alongside its catalyst and rear-outlet choice.
Fitting your exhaust
The 14-gauge 304 stainless headers include BK104 bolts, 755872 gaskets, two K61003 3-inch TORCA clamps and two CAS-109264 12-inch O2 extensions. Fitting uses the supplied dipstick spacer with the original hardware and reroutes the passenger-side wiring harness below the primaries.
