The 5.7 HEMI is a big part of what makes your RAM enjoyable. For a competition or track build, these Kooks stainless long tube headers let you make it part of a complete performance exhaust. Three primary sizes give you a choice for the engine specification, while the matching Kooks Y-pipe brings the two banks back into the rear exhaust.

Three sizes for different builds

Choose 1-3/4", 1-7/8" or 2" primary tubes, all with 3" collectors. Make that choice around the engine output, induction and rev range. The biggest primary is not an automatic upgrade for every 5.7, particularly when most of your driving uses the lower and middle part of the rev range.

Complete the connection with a Kooks Y-pipe

Add the 35103102 Competition Only Y-pipe to join the headers to the OEM rear exhaust. It is designed for this Kooks long tube conversion. For a Crew Cab with a 6 ft 4 in bed and 149.5-inch wheelbase, the 35103400 extension is also required. Match the wheelbase as well as the engine when choosing the complete exhaust.

Allow for a proper installation

O2 extensions are supplied. Fitting involves working around the engine mounts and dipstick, so we recommend professional installation, careful wiring clearance and a fastener check after the first heat cycle. Plan the tune with the complete long tube and Y-pipe conversion.
