Replace your header hardware with the correct kit

Have the correct replacement fasteners ready when your headers are being serviced. This Kooks kit supplies 16 bolts in stainless steel, with M8 x 1.25 threads and 25 mm bolt length, for 2009+ 5.7L HEMI; 6.1L / 6.2L / 6.4L HEMI; Ford Modular 4.6L / 5.4L / 5.8L.

For a repair or refit

Most Kooks header kits already include the installation bolts. This separate kit is useful when replacing damaged or lost hardware during a refit.

Match the header and cylinder head

Use the M8 x 1.25 thread and 25 mm length to match the intended head and header application. The kit contains 16 bolts, without separate locking hardware.
