Start the exhaust upgrade on your rear-wheel-drive HEMI
These Kooks long tube headers give your early 5.7-litre HEMI car a dedicated stainless front exhaust upgrade. They use 1-3/4" primaries and 3" collectors, ready for the matching connection pipes and rear system you want to run.

Made for the early 5.7 arrangement
The application covers the 2005-2008 Charger, Magnum and Chrysler 300C rows below. These headers are for rear-wheel-drive cars and do not fit AWD.
O2 extensions included
The supplied extension kit has two 18" and two 6" extensions. Add the required Kooks connection pipes; the long tube headers do not connect directly to the OEM exhaust. The supplied dipstick relocation bracket reuses the original heat-shield nut, with brake-line clearance checked during fitting.
Tuning for your exhaust upgrade
We recommend tuning with every header installation so the calibration suits your new headers, complete exhaust and fuel. Talk to us to discuss the right tuning route for your vehicle.
Matching products
The 5.7 HEMI GREEN connections provide the front route to 2-1/2-inch OEM rear outlets for the early 5.7 application. These headers remain rear-wheel-drive only.
