Choose the later-C5 headers for your V8 exhaust upgrade
These Kooks Street-version headers cover the 2001-2004 C5 installation, with air tubes, O2 fittings and merge collectors. Choose 1-3/4" or 1-7/8" primaries, both with 3" outlets for a matching Kooks X-pipe.

Two sizes for the later C5
21502220 uses 1-3/4" primaries; 21502420 uses 1-7/8". Both are stainless long tube headers for the LS1 / LS6 5.7-litre applications.
Finish the connection with the right X-pipe
The headers require a matching Kooks X-pipe and do not join the OEM exhaust directly. The Street-version fittings describe the hardware arrangement; follow the intended-use notice for the exact SKU.
