The first CTS-V combines a useful saloon with an engine you want to use. Kooks 23102400 lets you develop the exhaust around its LS6 or LS2, with 1-7/8-inch 304 stainless primaries and 3-inch collectors.

The headers come with gaskets, fitting hardware and two 12-inch O2 extensions. Add matching Kooks connection pipes for your 2004-2007 5.7 or 6.0-litre CTS-V.
A proper installation for your car
Professional fitting involves access around the steering shaft and dipstick tube. Have the headers and connecting pipes aligned together, then check clearances and exhaust joints through the first heat cycle.

For the 2004-2007 CTS-V 5.7 / 6.0 header installation, add the CTS-V LS6 / LS2 front connections, selecting the catalyst choice for your engine. This connecting route retains the OEM rear exhaust but requires cutting the factory pipes; arrange professional fitting using its installation guide.

Does this fit a supercharged LT4 CTS-V?
23102400 is for the 2004-2007 LS6 / LS2 CTS-V. The later LT4 installation uses a different header.
Are O2 extensions included?
Yes. Two 12-inch extensions are supplied with the gaskets and fitting hardware.
