The supercharged LT4 is the part of your CTS-V you want to enjoy. Kooks long tube headers help you build the exhaust around it, with mandrel-bent 304 stainless primaries, 3-inch TORCA collectors and two primary-size choices.

Choose the size for your engine
23122400 uses 1-7/8-inch primaries; 23122600 uses 2-inch primaries. Both have 3/8-inch laser-cut oval-port flanges with the factory bolt pattern, for the 2016-2019 CTS-V 6.2-litre installation.
Header fitting parts included
Both versions include 755897 GM gaskets, CAS-104326 O2 extensions, BK113 header bolts and two 3-inch TORCA clamps. Add matching Kooks connection pipes or a header-back exhaust, then have the installer align the complete system.

For your 2016-2019 CTS-V LT4 6.2, the CTS-V LT4 front connections provide the matching Competition front-pipe choice. This connecting route retains the OEM rear exhaust but requires cutting the factory pipes; arrange professional fitting using its installation guide.
