The N55 Stage 2 Gauntlet bundle upgrades pump supply and direct-injector capacity together. It is for a later-pump N55 build that needs more fuel while keeping the original ECU in control of the injectors. The Gauntlet pump adds 70% more flow than stock, paired here with the Stage 2 injector specification.

The Gauntlet pump supplies more high-pressure fuel as the engine asks for torque. The Stage 2 injectors provide more flow during the shorter injection window at higher revs. Together they address two different limits, giving the tuner more scope to use the airflow from an upgraded turbo.
Stage 2 N55/S55 injectors flow 1,410 cc/min at 100 bar with n-heptane, or 17.0 g/s using the stated Viscor 16A test fluid. Their 55% comparison is against the stock S55 injector; it is not a blanket 55% gain against every N55 injector. They retain an OEM-equivalent spray pattern and pre-installed decoupling rings.
That spray control is part of making a powerful car usable away from full throttle. The injector data and correct coding help the calibrator account for the new injectors at idle and light load as well as under boost.
The cast-stainless Gauntlet design provides the extra pump capacity in a compact housing. Its kit includes inlet and outlet tubes, an adaptation flange, alignment tool, electrical adapter, fitting hardware and pump test data. You receive the Stage 2 injector set alongside that pump kit.
The pump is for the later N55 fuel-system arrangement. It does not fit early N55 engines with the N54-style high-pressure pump. Injector compatibility with an S55 does not make this N55 pump kit fit an S55. The +49% Dorch N55 lift kit is excluded.
Arrange the calibration alongside fitting. The pump and injectors need the correct data in the ECU before the upgraded system is used. Your tuner should assess low-pressure supply, fuel choice and the rest of the engine build together, then validate the result in logs. The hardware purchase does not include a custom tune.
Nostrum's limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in its manufactured parts, subject to its terms. Installation and removal labour, diagnostics, misuse and damage from incorrect installation or tuning are excluded.
If your current injectors still meet the build's requirements, the application-specific HPFP kit is available separately. It does not include the injector upgrade supplied with this bundle.

Nostrum recommends coding the injectors to remove the old injector-specific compensations. The calibration and coding should be handled with the installation.
