The Stage 2 Gauntlet bundle pairs a pump flowing 68% more than stock with direct injectors flowing 66% more than the original B58 Gen 1 injectors. It is a substantial upgrade for a car whose turbo and fuel target have outgrown the standard fuelling, keeping delivery through the factory direct-injection system.

The Stage 2 injectors deliver 1,434 cc/min at 100 bar with n-heptane. Their extra capacity gives the tuner more fuel within each injection window, while the Gauntlet pump supplies the high-pressure side. The injector limit is 220 bar: the 250 bar Gen 1 system architecture is not permission to command that pressure through these injectors.
The injectors retain an OEM-equivalent spray pattern and are tested statically and dynamically. That matters when your modified car still needs to start, idle and respond cleanly between the full-throttle moments. Good calibration uses the supplied injector data to preserve that everyday behaviour while accessing the extra flow.
This is for the BMW B58 Gen 1 fuel system. It does not fit the 350 bar Gen 2/B58TU system or the GR Supra application. The Dorch B58 Gen 1 camshaft pump lobe is excluded; this kit is designed around the factory pump-drive arrangement.
Arrange the calibration alongside fitting. The pump and injectors need the correct data in the ECU before the upgraded system is used. Your tuner should assess low-pressure supply, fuel choice and the rest of the engine build together, then validate the result in logs. The hardware purchase does not include a custom tune.
Nostrum's limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in its manufactured parts, subject to its terms. Installation and removal labour, diagnostics, misuse and damage from incorrect installation or tuning are excluded.
If your current injectors still meet the build's requirements, the application-specific HPFP kit is available separately. It does not include the injector upgrade supplied with this bundle.
