The BAW 212 T01 diesel carries its AdBlue tank low in the chassis, and a rock crest or deep rut can find it long before you hear it coming. This Almont skid plate puts 6mm of certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin between the tank and the track, so the plate takes the scrape or the hit instead of a thin plastic reservoir that is expensive to replace and awkward to reach. Almont4WD has built underbody protection in Spain since 1992, and this plate bolts to the 212's original chassis points with the steel brackets and pre-installed bolts supplied in the box.
