A compact awning can turn a quick lunch stop into somewhere you actually want to sit. The ARB 814300 provides 1250 x 2100mm of shelter beside a suitably mounted vehicle, giving you shade for a chair or a practical covered area while you work outdoors.

The grey, PU-coated 300GSM canvas uses a 70% cotton and 30% polyester ripstop blend. It has a UPF 50+ rating and a water-head rating up to 1m, giving you useful sun and rain shelter when the awning is properly set up. The canvas rolls out from its vehicle-mounted bag, with height-adjustable telescopic legs supporting the outer edge. Its compact format is useful where a larger awning would take too much mounting space.
Guy ropes and pegs are included so you can tension and secure the awning. Always secure it appropriately for conditions and pack it away if the weather becomes unsuitable.
The heavy-duty, nylon-reinforced PVC bag protects the packed awning in its storage position. The awning weighs 7.6kg and attaches to a suitable roof rack or roof bars using the correct mounting arrangement.
Mounting hardware is included, with any application-specific brackets selected for the rack or bars you use. A secure installation should leave the awning clear of doors and other equipment while allowing enough room for its legs and guy ropes.
Our 1250mm front awning wind break is the matching-width accessory when you want extra shelter at the front edge. It is a useful addition for a breezier camp or a little more privacy.
