This resonated ValveSonic cat-back brings adjustable exhaust character to the supercharged Audi S4 and S5 B8.5. A centre silencer and valved rear silencers let the sound upgrade work around everyday driving, with black, polished or titanium round trims to finish the car. The three options share the same main 60.3 mm exhaust layout.
Choose the finish around the look you want: polished for a bright highlight, black for a darker rear end or titanium for a brushed metallic detail. The centre silencer, X-pipe and ValveSonic rear silencers do the work on the sound. The MSVSFK01 electronic valve fitting kit is included with all three configurations.

These are the facelift B8.5 applications. The earlier B8 systems use different parts. A professional installation gives the pipework, tip alignment and hot clearances the attention they need. The system should be checked again after its first heat cycle.
Clean the tailpipes regularly once they are cool, so road dirt and deposits do not become a bigger job later. Use a cleaning product suitable for your chosen tailpipe finish.

Yes. MSVSFK01 is included alongside the ValveSonic rear silencers.
No remap is required for this cat-back change with the rest of the exhaust in its standard configuration. Different requirements can apply if you also change downpipes or catalysts.
The silencer and pipe configuration determine the sound. Pick the finish for the look you want: changing the decorative tips within the same system layout is an appearance choice.
Milltek covers parts containing valves for 2 years or 80,000 km and electronic products for 2 years. Other qualifying parts in this system have lifetime cover. Cover is for the original purchaser and excludes fitting labour and failures caused by misuse or unauthorised modification. Keep your invoice and contact us if you need help with a claim.
