The Nostrum Volkswagen Audi EA888 Gen 1/2 ROW High Flow HPFP and Injector Bundle puts both halves of the fuel system on the bench at once for a Rest of World EA888. It pairs the ROW high pressure fuel pump, which flows 33% more than the factory pump, with Nostrum's Gen 1 and Gen 2 EA888 high flow injectors, which flow 46% more than the stock Mk6 GTI injector. Nostrum names 2010-2017 Volkswagen Audi Group vehicles, the B8 A4, A5, Q5, Allroad and Mk2 TT among them, plus Rest of World CCZA and CCZB engine codes. The pump kit is the all-stainless, fully welded, CFD optimised half of the pairing, and is E85 compatible.
Change only the pump and injector duty becomes the limit. Change only the injectors and rail pressure falls away under load. Matching them puts both in a known place, which is why Nostrum publishes the pair with one supported potential.
Nostrum is blunt about this one: a custom tune is required. It names HP Tuners and winOLS, and says calibration support in either will vary depending on model. JH Motorsports and Stratified Automotive Controls are its recommended tuners. Line the calibration up first.
Confirm the engine code against the table below rather than the model year, and check the pump you are replacing if in doubt: this package is a direct fit for VAG 06J 127 025E / Hitachi HPP0010. No. That is what the fuel system can support on a fully built car with the right turbo and calibration. Fitting the bundle removes a fuelling limit; it does not by itself change what the engine makes. Nostrum estimates that ceiling at nearly 600 wheel horsepower.
