Whether your Custom is a working van or the vehicle you escape in at the weekend, its AdBlue tank deserves protection underneath. This 6 mm Almont duralumin plate adds a dedicated guard for the 2020-2024 Transit Custom and Tourneo Custom application.

The guard weighs 5 kg and covers the AdBlue tank area. It is a useful addition when campsite entrances, uneven tracks or working access roads bring the underside closer to the ground than an ordinary road journey would.
Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin gives you substantial, high-strength protection with less material weight than steel of the same size and thickness. A scrape will not start red rust in the alloy plate, making it a worthwhile addition to a vehicle you want to keep and use. Wash off mud and road salt to look after the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware.

Wash off mud and road salt after use. Almont recommends pressure washing at least annually, or two or three times a year for regular muddy or salty use, and checking bolt tightness annually. Follow the fitting instructions when refitting a guard after maintenance.
Both are included in the listed 2020-2024 application. Match the vehicle generation and AdBlue tank arrangement, particularly around the model change.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
