Look after the AdBlue tank beneath your Hilux Revo with Almont's 6 mm duralumin guard. There are two year-specific versions, so you can match the plate to the AdBlue arrangement on your truck rather than ordering by model name alone.
Choose PDTHLRD26 for 2016-2021 at a 9.5 kg plate weight. Choose PDTHLRD36 for 2022 onwards at 10 kg. Both are 6 mm SportDuty duralumin, but their year-specific fit makes them distinct choices.
This is certified AW5083 H111 duralumin: a high-strength aluminium alloy that keeps material weight below steel of the same size and thickness. You get a substantial barrier beneath the vehicle, and a scratch in the plate does not turn into red rust. It is still worth keeping the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware clean, especially after winter salt or muddy trips.

Pressure wash the protection at least once a year, or two or three times a year if you regularly drive in mud or road salt. Check bolt tightness annually and follow the fitting instructions when refitting a plate after maintenance.
PDTHLRD36 is the 2022-onwards version. PDTHLRD26 covers 2016-2021.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
Almont provides three years of cover against cracking of the plate. Dents, deformation and damage to the vehicle are excluded.
