A scrape underneath should not spoil a day on the lanes. This Almont duralumin plate adds protection beneath the engine sump of your Pajero/Montero V20-V50 or Galloper Super Exceed, with two thicknesses to suit the trips you enjoy.
The engine sump is an expensive place to take a direct hit from rough ground. A dedicated alloy guard puts a replaceable protection plate beneath it, while duralumin keeps material weight below steel of the same size and thickness.
Choose PDM20B6 for 6 mm SportDuty at 8 kg, or PDM20B8 for 8 mm HeavyDuty at 10 kg. The thicker plate is the choice we recommend for a heavier vehicle or more demanding overland routes.
Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin gives you substantial, high-strength protection with less material weight than steel of the same size and thickness. A scrape will not start red rust in the alloy plate, making it a worthwhile addition to a vehicle you want to keep and use. Wash off mud and road salt to look after the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware.

If you are also protecting the transmission, the V20 gearbox and transfer guard requires this matching engine guard because their mounting arrangement is linked.
Wash off mud and road salt after use. Almont recommends pressure washing at least annually, or two or three times a year for regular muddy or salty use, and checking bolt tightness annually. Follow the fitting instructions when refitting a guard after maintenance.
