A dependable working pickup is worth looking after underneath. These Almont duralumin guards protect the gearbox and transfer case on the 2005-2015 L200 2.5 DID, with 6 mm SportDuty and 8 mm HeavyDuty versions to suit the ground you drive.
Choose SportDuty 6 mm for lighter off-road use at an 8 kg plate weight. HeavyDuty 8 mm weighs 9 kg and is our recommendation for a heavier truck or more demanding rocky travel. Both options carry the native SKU PDML2B, so the selected thickness identifies the version you receive.
Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin gives you substantial, high-strength alloy protection without the material weight of steel of the same size and thickness. The plate will not develop red rust if its surface is scratched, so it is a good choice for a vehicle you intend to keep and use. Wash off mud and road salt to look after the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware.

Fit the required L200 2.5 DID front guard with this plate. The separate fuel tank guard adds protection beneath the original tank.
Pressure wash the protection at least once a year, or two or three times a year if you regularly drive in mud or road salt. Check bolt tightness annually and follow the fitting instructions when refitting a plate after maintenance.
PDML2B is the supplied SKU on both options. Select SportDuty 6mm or HeavyDuty 8mm to specify the plate thickness.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
Almont provides three years of cover against cracking of the plate. Dents, deformation and damage to the vehicle are excluded.
