Departure-angle moments are where the Grenadier's rear exhaust gets hit: reversing up a bank, dropping off a shelf, dragging the tail through a rut. This Almont rear exhaust skid plate covers that back-end run on all Grenadier engines, so the crush and scrape lands on replaceable plate rather than the exhaust system tucked behind the rear axle. It is the finishing piece of Almont's zone-by-zone Grenadier range, cut in Spain and bolted into place like the rest of the family.

The rear silencer and pipework sit exactly where the tail drags on steep departures, and crushed pipework means limping home; a plate over that zone turns the drag into a slide.
