An 80 Series is a vehicle worth looking after. This pair of Almont HeavyDuty guards adds 8 mm duralumin protection around its rear shocks, for the listed HDJ80 application without the original rear differential locker.
Select PDTS18V1 for the manufacturer's 12V application or PDTS18V2 for its 24V application. Both complete pairs weigh 4 kg. Our merchant SKUs include the full labels PDTS18V1 12V and PDTS18V2 24V, so match the selected option as well as the part number.
Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin gives you substantial, high-strength protection with less material weight than steel of the same size and thickness. A scrape will not start red rust in the alloy plate, making it a worthwhile addition to a vehicle you want to keep and use. Wash off mud and road salt to look after the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware.

Wash off mud and road salt after use. Almont recommends pressure washing at least annually, or two or three times a year for regular muddy or salty use, and checking bolt tightness annually. Follow the fitting instructions when refitting a guard after maintenance.
PDTS18V1 is the 12V application and PDTS18V2 is the 24V application. Both are pairs for the listed HDJ80 without the original rear locker.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
