A rough lane, campsite entrance or working yard can be enough to make a front guard worthwhile. This Almont plate protects your Duster's engine, gearbox, steering, cooling system and lower bumper area in 6 mm duralumin, with four references to suit the different engines and generations.
Diesel models use PDRDGA6 for the 2010-2018 1.5 dCi or PDRDGA26 for the later 1.5 dCi application. For petrol, choose PDRDEA6 for the earlier 1.6 TCe, or PDRDEA26 for the later 1.0, 1.3 and 1.6 TCe application. Each plate weighs 12.5 kg and uses 6 mm SportDuty duralumin.
Match both engine and generation in the option table. The complete references are shown in the Front Type selector, so use the engine/application explanation beside each code rather than choosing by the last digit.
The material is a large part of what makes Almont protection worth considering. Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin combines high strength with less material weight than steel of the same size and thickness. A scrape will not start red rust in the alloy plate, helping it stay a worthwhile long-term addition to your vehicle. Mud and road salt should still be washed off, including from the separate steel brackets and fixings.

The separate 2024-onwards Duster 1.0 / 1.2 TCe guard is a different reference for that newer application.
Pressure wash the protection at least once a year, or two or three times a year if you regularly drive in mud or road salt. Check bolt tightness annually and follow the fitting instructions when refitting a plate after maintenance.
PDRDGA6 is the 2010-2018 1.5 dCi guard. PDRDGA26 is the 1.5 dCi guard for the generation beginning in 2019.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
Almont provides three years of cover against cracking of the plate. Dents, deformation and damage to the vehicle are excluded.
